When opening restaurants in many cities, we strive for suitable locations in shopping centers, main train stations or well-frequented city and district locations as well as superficial car parking spaces. These locations should ideally meet the following criteria:

    40 m² (food court) to 350 m² need for additional areas

Technical expansion:

    Ventilation: at least 2,000 m³/h grease exhaust air and supply airPower connection for at least 60 kWGrease separator requiredGuest and staff toilet depending on local approval

Neighborhood:

    Shops for everyday needsHigh-quality boutiquesOffices for day-to-day businessIdeally existing restaurantsEntertainment facilities (theaters, cinemas, etc.)Pleasant living environment

Mietkriten:

    Long-term rental contracts with optionSecurity through bank guaranteeNo restrictions regarding opening times or the food or drink offering

Make:

    Categories 1a/b or 2a/bCentral locations in cities with more than 25,000 inhabitants, preferably in shopping centers and main train stations
