At the end of the term, the landlord takes on the role of seller and the rental agreement becomes a purchase agreement. As a buyer, you ultimately become the owner of the rent-to-own property. Rental purchase has no impact on your existing bank credit lines as the rental purchase property is reported on the company's balance sheet. What is options buying?
An option purchase is a variant of the lease purchase, but offers the buyer an option to purchase. While with a classic rental purchase the buyer has to purchase the property after the rental purchase agreement has expired, with an option purchase the buyer can freely decide whether he wants to buy the property at the end or not. The buyer has the right of option and can therefore first test the property and only later decide whether he wants to purchase it or not. Both variants are suitable for buying real estate or investment property with little equity. However, the variant with a purchase option offers the buyer more freedom through the option right.
